This was a really early sketch and actually quite a misrepresentation of the characters as they are now. Poised as she is, I can only imagine Mitzi would have some kind of horrified paroxysm waking up on top of Rocky like that. Freckle doesn't look much like Freckle here, but I kinda like the sleeping-cat face anyway.
