These were the results of trying to finalize some sort of t-shirt design (although they’d have flatter colors in t-shirt form).  The first one started out with an art deco look that somehow mutated into more of a, um, overzealous-gangster-tattoo deco.  Hmm.  Anyway, it seemed rather ludicrous and frilly for a t-shirt graphic, so the second is the somewhat reined in version.

I’m not so sure about either of them now, though.  Simple, striking, graphic design principled artwork is a huge weakness of mine.  Maybe I'll just make desktop images out of them instead.
